Picture an Arab Man

Tamara Abdul Hadi's first book, “Picture an Arab Man,” comprises portraits the photographer took between 2009 and 2014 in Ramallah, Beirut, Rabat, Dubai, Amman, and Tunis. Envisioning an alternative representation to the stereotyped and demonized images of Arab men in mainstream visual culture, the book includes a foreword by Randa Jarrar.
